J. Eric DeGruson, P. E.

Vice President, Civil & Environmental Engineer

Mr. DeGruson is a Vice President with the company and actively engaged in predominantly municipal drinking water and wastewater projects. He is responsible for planning, design, and construction phase engineering services for multiple projects. Although he specializes in water and wastewater, he also has experience in site development, CAFO permitting, and other civil engineering practices.

Mr. DeGruson has been with the firm since completion of his college studies in 2001. In addition to his familiarity with project engineering, he is also experienced in helping clients with applying for project funding assistance and coordinating projects with funding agencies such as Rural Development, CDBG Block Grants, State Revolving Fund Programs, and the EPA. He is also well versed in coordinating with local, state and federal regulatory agencies as well as Railroads, utilities, and other privately held organizations.
