Professional Experience
Kurt Higgins has been with Allgeier Martin since 1995, and provides engineering and project management for a variety of projects. As City Engineer, Kurt reviews and approves preliminary/final plats and site plans for several communities. Kurt also has a background in land surveying, hydrologic modeling and water surface profiles. The benefits of hiring Kurt for your project include his experience with municipal and Native American government. Kurt is skilled in industrial parks, industrial developments, retail centers, stormwater management, utility plans, site grading, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and transportation paving.
Leadership
As a Senior Vice President on the Board of Directors, Kurt is one of seven of the firm’s leadership team. As a Civil Division Manager, Kurt mentors young engineers and provides oversight on numerous projects.
